Can anyone in the UK suggest where I might be able to get hold of a new chip for my SupraRAM 2000 board? The current chips is a TMS4C1024-80N EEP 11820 which I believe to be a 1024x1Mbit 80 nanosecond chip. One bit in one chip has gone fut! Any help appreciated. Paul

Sir, I know I'm not in the UK, however when my chip blew up (my fault), I talked to SUPRA and they would not send me the replacement chip but had me send in the unit to be repaired. So I did this, and they repaired it and, knowing the circumstances as to its failure, still charged it as a warranty repair. The total cost would have been $20 (around 15 pounds).
