Jim,
<<you may want to wait 'til Windoze 2021 comes out, (the answer to all your PC
Problems.>>
You think it will take Microsoft that long to port AmigaDos 3.1 :-} ?

Martin,
Could you imagine the hit C'serve would take by the PC becoming a user
friendly platform. There would no longer be reams of helpforums answering
hardware compatability problems.

Alright, everyone agrees that Windoze is slow, inefficient, boring, etc.
Nevertheless, it is a standard whether we like it or not. Having just paid for
the e586 emulationI'd like to see it work on my A4000/040 with 12MB F and 2MB
C. I haven't accertained an Ami-Bios yet. I've tried a couple of others I was
able to get (including an HP Flash ROM) but have not gotten ANYTHING to happen
yet. Has anybody else gotten it working OK? Did you use a different BIOS?
What problems did you encounter and how did you get through them? Time has
been a really short commodity as of late and I've not had the opportunity to
play much with it. If anybody could pass on there experiences with the e586
emulation I'd be eternally grateful (although probably not enough to name my
first born after you.) ^their (oops)
Thanks!

Still on an Amiga (no thanks to Irving and Mehdi)
John,
I must admit I don't have a clue as to how to solving your problem. The
header kind of interested me as I had just been through a stack of Clone
literature and found myself wondering why anyone would put themselves through
the mental anguish of becoming MS DOS literate without a gun to their head (or
maybe their current platform is no longer supported). Best of luck! Maybe
after you get it figured out you could explain to me about base, high, and
extended memory.
