4MB is a little tight for a Mac running System 7.1, forget about Sys 7.5. Any current "high end" software needs at least 8MB (Illustrator 5.0, Photoshop, etc.) but there IS some good software with lower requirements. In the Emplant setup screen you can assign some memory for ROM, Video and the NuBus to 16 bit ram, but it WILL slow things down. Bottom line… If you want to do any useful work… BUY MORE RAM! / / / //ANDRE

Can Emplant make use of RamDoubler? …DonovaN

No. It tries to fiddle wit the MMU, that is already in use by Emplant. Don't try virtual memory either. But that's not a real problem! VM is slooooow… Sorry Rafa <Motorola Inside> from Berlin. >…olive oil is the way to go.<
