Bob, Ok…when I said IBM used undocumented calls to the OS I meant the letters 'OS' to mean Windows since we were taking about how OS/2 broke under windows when Microsoft changed the undocumented calls. So it appears that now we agree. Don

Don, My understanding of the situation was not that IBM was using undocumented calls, but actually loading the Windows executables into memory and patching them with custom modifications needed to run under OS/2. When MS issued an updated version of Windows, the wrong locations were being patched cause the mirrors moved. – BobR
