We have recently been contacted by a RAM manufacturer who will be making GVP
compatable SIMMS. The SIMMS will be priced more in line with the non GVP ram.

How much per MB? (Specifically 1MB x 8 (or 9) chip 30 (or 32) pin SIMMS?

I'm awaiting the arrival of my 2 16 MB simms and will be removing and selling
the 4 MB simms from my GVP '040. I'm going to be out of the country for 2 and a
half weeks and when I return, I will be ready to sell the 4 4MB GVP Simms.
If you are interested and like the price of $750 (I would prefer to sell them
all in one bunch), let me know and I'll give you first "dibs" on them and
contact you when I return.
