Amiga PAR for sale (no hard disk) with latest manual and disk (they arrived today). Make offer. Is anybody interested or the Amiga is really gone? Thanks, Julio

The Amiga is not gone, dead, or any other deceased description you have for it! What other computer platform could have enjoyed the continued support, and activity almost a year after it stopped production? There's years of life left in all of my Amigas including the A1000 the children use. A computer platform is only as useful as the software that is developed for it and the creative, productive people who use it. The software development has indeed dropped to a trickle but it has not stopped, the Amiga system is just too good to be dropped and forgotten. Julio, I don't think having a hard time moving a PAR system is as much a reflection of the state of the Amiga as it the fact that IMHO the PAR system has been made obsolete on the high end by the Flyer system and on the low end by the VLAB-motion system. Both of which will do everything a PAR system will do PLUS give you true NLE of video and 16bit CD quality audio. I used to drool over those who owned a a PAR, but now I am VERY glad I waited and got a VLAB-motion system. …Warp Engine Engaged… -Paul-
