APS Technologies 6131 Deramus Kansas City MO 64120 general order and info line 1-800-354-1213 I first heard about them reading the 2nd edition of Dr. MacIntosh by Bob Levitus. He highly praised their equipment and service. Later I noticed they were always at the top in every Hard Drive Mac review regarding quality and service and customer satisfaction.[MacUser and MacWorld] So I took my first mail order plunge with them and they have always taken care of me. I think their cables and SR2000 cases with active termination are great (they developed the process). I can truthfully say, I've never had a SCSI problem. When I bought an Apple External 300 CD-ROM and had trouble mounting it on the desktop, I switched Apple's cable to an APS cable and the unit has worked flawless since. (I had an extra 25-50 pin on hand fortunately.) I do know that they've also adapted their DATs to PC as well, and I believe they now sell PC drives also. Return policy is 30 days, no questions asked. Just fill out a couple on your packing slip, repack and ship. They also take care of warrenty work on their drives. They have a store in KC. They also maintain a business support group for business orders, so if you wish you can always deal with the same person. I've recently been working with Tiffini Carroll and she's been great. If you ask for her, tell her Reg Harris in Seattle referred you. Take care Reg Harris Omniscient Productions, Inc.
