Hi Hi Hi there my little Droogies I finally called Digamation tech support about getting KPT Gradient Designer to work with LenZFX. A nice guy named "BO" told me that I just had to rename the BXP that EYEBROWSE uses so that EYEBROWSE will not lock up when trying to load .GRD files ( He said that only effect would be that as long as the BXP was renamed, EYEBROWSE would not be able to create thumbnails ((only X'd boxes)) I was in a hurry to get to work and he couldn't think of the name of the BXP at the moment. Anyway I just got home (7:00 pm) ,too late to call Bo back and I can't seem to find a BXP that works with EYEBROWSE. I even created a phoney 3DS4 directory on my E drive so I could reinstall EYEBROWSE in that Dir. and lo and behold — no BXP? Does anyone know what BO was talking about, Am I missing something? Thanks in advance -David

Oh my goodness, I'm replying to my own message…. I guess this means that I can be as rude as I want to the dummy the I'm replying to <g> I think I was looking in the wrong place… Yes LenZFX does use EYEBROWSE (at least a modified version) to load bit maps but it isn't the full Eyebrowse so anyway … I looked at the original EB. for the BXP… no-go but upon re-checking all my BXPs I found a "LFX.BXP" …. El-KaBong just KaBonged me… that must be it . Ill let you all know if it works. Because if it does then LenZFX+Gradient Designer=&%&$#$&$#@!@(*&%&$#%!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (That's the best way to describe what I think the combination will result in, it's just to good for words ) -David

Hi David, The BXP that Beau spoke of is in the PROCESS subdirectory (where all IPAS's live) and is called GRD_I.BXP. Although if you rename or delete this file, not only will Eyebrowse not see it – neither will any other part of 3DS. David – Digimation P.S. Tell me what you were trying to do and I'll see if I can help.

Thanks David maybe I'll write a batch file that renames GRD_I.BXP for use when I want to use LenZFX with Grad. Designer. and re-renames it on exit. Thanks for the reply David Camp
