Hi, Got the PAR. Need a tool for assembly and transitions and titling. any recommendations? I have just seen ads for the RAZOR and PREMIERE. Need something that will work with the par disk. Thanks gurus. Todd

Todd, Razor Pro works great w/ the PAR and you can sync sound with it AND play everything back w/ the Win mediaplayer! Transjammer transitions also work w/ RP. Tried Premiere 4, not that flexible w/ FX, mostly canned. That's my 2 cents. Jack

Jack, Whats to be gained with Razor PRO vs razor got to justify the 3x price to my boss. Can the Razor read and write to the PAR disk? can it output directly to a vcr? Or is output managed by the PAR? I'm starting out on a shoestring, no single frame vcr here.

I have got Razor Pro and have had nothing but problems with it. I am also now a subscriber to the In:Sync update of the month club. : ) Boy am I glad I spent all that money to be a beta tester! : ) It has the potential of being a great program if they can get all of the bugs out. The MCI driver is available directly from DPS I believe. Andrew McClary Graphic Alchemy Interactive, Inc.
