I hate to bring this up, but have you looked into the copyright issue on music and movie sound stuff? The reason I ask is that several people playing with digitizing sound at FAUG were talking about it; apparently, the copyright laws are much better enforced on music & films than on computer programs….. Also, (while I'm kvetching) PLEEZ don't upload any more files the size of the digiView one on PCS-155. It took me several tries to get a noise-free download. There was NO reason to LAR all the files into one glob– splitting it into two or three pieces would have let me re-DOW only the part that had a bad glitch. After a couple hours of CI$ down the tubes I start to have very dark thoughts about your motives. Keep the file sizes reasonable (<50-80k) unless they just CAN'T be split up. Most of us have to PAY for this service. -Larry-

I agree with you Larry on the large uploads. It did it that way just for the heck of it. Playing with LAR and SQ. Anyway, by doing it that way I did find a bug in the version of LAR we had in the forum. As for the copyright issues, I don't know what would happen. I don't assume anyone would worry about it. I should have asked Matt Calvin when I had a meeting with him last week (He is one of the head honchos as Warner Communications) Had a good chat about Uncle Jack T. Will make the new uploads SQUEEZED and in smaller chunks. Thanks for the feedback. I don't know what you people want if you don't tell me. Please do me a favor though. If you have a comment about files I uploaded to PCS 155, please leave the message there. Thanks again, Bri.
