has anybody out there experienced problems getting a calcomp 23120 series
digitizer to work on a 486 system i called calcomp tech support but they
weren't able to help they told me they have had problems with their
digitizers and some 486 systems i've tried it on two different machines a
packard bell and a altec the error message reports digitizer not responding
any response to this problem would be greatly appreciated. \exit

Make sure that you have it hooked up to the correct com port… the way
things are these days, I can never tell which is which on a new machine
<g>. Also, once you have configured AutoCAD for the correct device and com
port, turn everything off (I mean the power to everything, not just the
switch to the tablet…) and then turn it back on. See if this helps…
