Does anyone have any experience with an external 3.25" drive for the A500
made by a company called Lerner? A dealer that I contacted recommended that
over both the 1010 and the ProDrive, but I have never heard of the Lerner
drive before.

I have no experience with that drive…so can't say anything
specific, but you said it was a 3.25" drive…was that a mis-type? The Amiga
uses 3.5" drives, not 3.25" drives. I just wanted to make sure because there
are such things as 3.25" drives, and they probably could be adapted to the
Amiga but you wouldn't be able to use them for much since 3.25" disks are
hard to find…and of course no program disks would fit (commercial
software).
