ERRORS

What was it you were doing to get the _CHECKFD error? Basically it indicates
a problem with a file descriptor.

The error only happens on initial entry into a drawing after the drawing has
regened and the menu file is in. I've learned that ^C before regen is
complete will solve the problem temporaroly but it will generally happen
again, and usually on large files. Thanks for the reply. Mark Gay ,74476,2355
You say the menu file is getting loaded? We have encountered this problem
when a routine like SETUP.LSP or AEC's ACAD.LSP calls a screen menu and there
isn't a menu loaded. If you type MENU at the command prompt you get <.> in
response. That is when the CHECKFD error occurs.
This problem is only on this one drawing?
You say you can ^C the drawing and have it load? If you do a DXFOUT then open
a new drawing and DXFIN the file. See if the problem follows.
How large is this drawing? I wouldn't mind taking a look at it. you can
archive it and upload it to DL9 (uploads are free and private).
