Logo for Amiga, again?

In a column in Classroom Computer Learning, it is said that Commodore "has
begun to promote a color Logo for the Amiga" and that C= is interested in VIVA,
which the author describes as a hypertext-like application. (How is that for
seeing the world through Apple colored lenses.)
Anyway, I remember a lot of hype about an Amazing Logo from The Lisp Company
for Amiga back before the Amy appeared. No logo.
Does anyone know if it exists? What does "promote" mean here?
BTW–for the first time I can remember, there is a full page ad for the Amiga
in that magazine. It is the ONLY mention of Amiga one is likely to find.
Commodore should look at community colleges as a potential market, too.
Anyway, without a Superior logo, they are dead in the educational market and
the "educators' panel" they have assembled won't be able to do much for them.

In response to similar questions about LOGO, I received a letter dated
1/24/89 from Matthew J. Helak, Cust.Supp.Rep. at CBM. Here are the
relevant excerpts:
"The TLC Logo which you were referring to was put out by Commodore, however
it has been discontinued and is no longer available. We are currently
working on a more complete and upgraded version of Logo which is due to be
released in the Spring…."
In case you want to follow up the correspondence reference is 'M32 0123'.
BTW someone here on CIS gave me an address for a James or John Allen whose
outfit (The Thought or thinking Co.) supposedly authored that earlier Logo;
I've never gotten a reply.
