Just a quick note (see longer message on Amiga Tech Forum news & rumors):
INFO has been locally re-financed to go monthly. Next issue ships in May.
Merger w/ AmigoTimes not happening at this time (I still think it's a great
idea, just very complicated and costly). INFO will print 11 issues per
year. 100% Amiga after #31. More focus on professional applications. New
technical section. Disk product in development. AmigoTimes has new offices
and is re-grouping. Don't be surprised if my good friends at the "Times"
come roaring back in the near future. Look sharp, AmigaWorld!

Great news, Benn. Info magazine has always been the most fun of any Amiga
publication. Although I own a C64, I'm glad you'll be dedicating the
entire magazine to the Amiga. Lots of luck! –Rick Rodriguez
Thanks for the nod & kind words, Rick! I own several 64's and a PET and a
Plus/4 and an SX64 and a 64C and a bunch of 128's (B's, D's etc.) but I
have them doing what I want, and I wouldn't buy an 8-bit magazine at this
point in history. There just isn't enough news & products to justify a
magazine (if there were, then RUN and Gazette wouldn't be 60 pages long and
printed on 'facial quality tissue' !)

Sounds great! I look forward to my mailbox filling up with issues before
long. By the way, thanks to you and your staff for mentioning my film
"Robot Ninja" in your Commodore In The Media section, as well as alerting
Dan Gutman to what I am doing; the fruits of his labor have just appeared
in the May issue of Success magazine. So when are you guys going to have
Dan do an article on my films and the Amiga's use in them for you? Shall I
bribe you with free copies of the movies first?
