I have a SONY CD-ROM drive. I would like to update the software drivers. Do
not seem to have an address for the right part of the SONY empire who deals
with such matters.
Can anyone help ? If so – can they give me an address and preferably a FAX
number to call.

Hilary, check the file laser3.txt in lib #4. In the section about
obtaining mscdex, there's a number for the SMS BBS from which you can
download the current Sony sony_cdu.sys driver and ver 2.20 of mscdex.
There's another number where you can get the newer ver 2.21 of mscdex.
Hope it helps. Oh, if you need to talk to the SMS folks, they're in Santa
Clara or San Jose, CA, I think.
