I recieved documentation that mentions the ISO format change, than details
all of the Amiga extensions to deal with the CD…
What I don't have is instructions suitable for a pre-mastering house, i.e.
exactly what goes into the ISO directory.

CBM has a program that builds an 'iso control file' that they use for
building disks. I believe it comes with their developer's kit. We've used
it at Xiphias for most of our Amiga titles.
We're using the JVC personal rom maker for our pc titles, DAT output, not
the 'green disk' cutter. The Nimbus folks have done pretty well with the
DAT tapes, (thanks, Ernie <g>).
