To New Horizons: I just bought Prowrite 3.2 at World Of Amiga NY from MANTA
software and downloaded your convert program. You program will not convert
any of my Excellence! version 2.00b files. It starts to read the file and
then the machine crashes to guru 5 (divide by zero). I tried this with
other Excellence! .doc files and I get the same result. What am I doing
wrong? My setup is Amiga 2000 with MegaChip 2000 2 meg chip ram and 4 megs
fast ram for a toal of 6 megs. The Excellence! 2.0 files I'm converting are
simple small demo files that came on the distribution disk. I have 3 large
500K plus files in Excellence! format that I want to convert to ProWrite
format. Also, the New Horizons booth was exhibiting Prowrite version
3.2.3. Are you uploading a patch to make this version or do I have to send
the disk. Please answer my Excellence! question. Thankyou.

About the convert trouble, that is strange. We have excellence! 2.00a and
things seem to be converting fine. What version of Workbench are you
using? Maybe you could send us one of those files, or a file that you made
yourself so that we can get Convert working as soon as possible. I think
we convert fairly well for MSS not wanting to give us their file format.
The patch to 3.2.3 is already available. You will first need to know which
verison of ProWrite you currently have, though. Look at the title bar of
the ProWrite screen to get the version number. Possiblities are 3.2,
3.2.1, or 3.2.2. Remove the decimal point from the version number and
download the approprate file from here.
