Mastering/dupe service

I'm brand new on this forum and know nothing about it. So if this question
is all too obvious, please indulge me.
I'm looking for an inexpensive CD-ROM mastering and ication service for
small quantities of ROMs. I'm developing some large FoxPro applications
that fairly cry out for CD-ROM. Know where I can find such a beast?

First you probably want to make a One-Off of your data to test that you
have all your resources correct (and test speed of FoxPro, etc running from
CDROM)
There are a number of such services available from the mastering houses as
well as specialized One-Off services. Of the latter I have recent good
experience with ON-SITE Media. They are in the San Francisco area. If you
are local, they will come over to your shop in a van and pop the disk(s)
right there! They also deal with FedEx, etc for non-locals. They were
suggested both here on CIS and by the rep for the mastering house we deal
with for this project.
A list of mastering/one-off services would be an excellent upload if
someone has it. Seems this question comes up every week or two.
