Paolo, yes many of the NEC multi-synch monitors should work with your 4000
just make sure it can handle horizontal scan rates as low as 15KHz to be ae to
use all the graphic modes.
Yes you can use a multi-sync like the new NEC's, but you will not be able
to display ALL of the 4000's video modes. The new NEC's do not sync down
to 15.74 horiz. To get all of the video modes, you want to lookk for a
multi sync that will handle the 15.75 signal.
Hello, I have a 1200 and a NEC 2a Monitor. I need to know how I can get rid of
the ghosted border? Alot of the screen on the sides is not there. So when I go
to 800X600 I need to scroll to get the Whole screen! PLease help here!
