If you sent in your registration card, you should be getting a notice
and offer in the mail by the end of the month.

I recently received my upgrade offer in the mail. It looks very nice.
However, I sent in my upgrade fee some time ago. In fact, according to my
bank statement, the check cleared on 3/23.
I'm assuming the upgrade notice went out to everyone, whether they had
already sent in the upgrade fee or not. My question is, however: Has
Release 2 actually started shipping yet? I've seen no indication that it
has. I certainly hope there won't be any problems caused by my ordering
the upgrade before the official notices were sent out.

I can check on your order, but we've been shipping for more than a
week, now.
Did you include a phone number with your order so that we could call
you if there were any problems filling your order?

I just checked – yes, I did include my phone number in the short letter
I sent with my FC II v2 order. The letter was dated February 28.

I was told to remind you that the letter said it will take 7 to 10 days
before your product will ship. As for that date, the first message you
write to me about this matter said you had sent it off on the March 23.
Now you tell me you mailed it February 28?
In any case, if you don't have it by the 9th of April, could you write
me again and I'll double-check for you again.

Actually, what I said was that my *check* cleared my bank account on March
23. The original letter I wrote (with my order) was dated February 28.

Ric,
Arrrgh! Murphy must really have it in for me! Yesterday, I buy a new
14,400 FaxModem and my Amiga's power supply is dead when I get home. (I'm
now using a 200 watt clone supply). Today, I post a message and an EMAIL
regarding my FCII order, and guess what's in my mailbox? Right, a nice
little package from SoftWood.
Anyway, thanks for your attention, but you obviously needn't bother
checking into my order further, as its sitting right next to me! 😉

Thanks for letting me know that it arrived. You got it approximately
12 days after it first started shipping. I'll bet your were somewhere in
the neighborhood of 400th or 500th in line to be processed.
