I have a 2.04 ROM here that I'm going to install into a machine. It has
one of those wires jumpers across the top, and I can't remember the
motherboard revs that require it be cut or just left in place. Anyone
remember? I can't find that dern instruction sheet that came with this
thing.

I believe the wire's only needed in A500's. If you're putting it into an
A2000 I think you can remove the wire, I don't think any A2000's need the
wire.
