I know that this message should have gone in the chaos section, but I thought I
might get a better answer from you guys here.
What can i use Chaos for? Is it just a game or can I use in conjunction with
3DS?

Assuming you're talking about Gleick's "CHAOS: The Software" made for creating
Fractals and such: That package is used to create fractal images which then
can be imported to 3DS for use as maps. I inquired about CHAOS months ago and
got NO repsonse from anyone, so I don't think it's well supported. However,
there is a free program called FRACTINT which does the same thing as CHAOS and
runs circles around it. You can find FRACTINT in the Fractal Forums of the
Graphic Developers Forum. Be forewarned: The program, like 3DS is highly
addictive, you may be lost for days with it!
