Hi David, ======================================================= I'm wondering if you are thinking of changing BUILDSV so that it will use any available RAM that it finds, in order to run the compiled .FLC .FLI files faster. … I have tried a 3.6 MEG animation in BUILDSV .EXE mode, but it runs super super slow, you can actually count the number of frames as the computer loads them, and I have a 486 66mhz machine. … Other than that, and the corrupt files BUILDSV creates, if your harddrive runs out of memory … every seems to be running fine. – David, everyone should congradulate you – You are doing a very fine job on this new product. ======================================================== regards, Mark Schneider. Mark, Yes, I'm thinking about making a version of BUILDSV that sticks large flics into XMS/EMS. (Also a new version of DFV that does that instead of requiring protected mode with a dos extender). Haven't done any work on it yet, tho. –dkm

hI again Dave, Hi David, # ———————————————————- # # Here is another interesting thing … Would it be possible # # to add an option to BUILDSV … that would ask the user if # # he would like to add a comment, or greeting to the end of # # the demo, simply put, after the animation finishes, there # # would be a line or 2 of text, saying : " Have a Nice Day " # # or " Thanks for watching ", # # Ok, that is it, just something for the WISH-LIST # # ———————————————————- # regards, Mark Schneider.
