Do you know whether the <CAMERA><slowcolorcamera> is available under
hires/interlace when one has enough memory? Though using a b/w-camera it still
inproves quality, but it grayed when i use hires-lace mode.
Also, is there a way to scan parts of a foto and put them together using
deluxepaint into 1 picture, to get higher resolution. I tried this but had
problems with the colortable.

I must admit I haven't tried in quite a while, but from what I remember
you will have a hard time getting a better picture than the b/w hi res
camera with color wheel gives you.
More memory should allow you access to more modes, but I don't believe I
tried using a color camera. Most VHS color cameras are low-res, by the
way.
You will have a very difficult time scanning small parts of a picture and
pasting it together later. The alignment is too tricky.
