For sound, you can't beat the MultiSound Board from Turtle Beach. These
guys are sound experts who built a board for the PC, not the other way
around. No FM synthesis here, but REAL instrument samples. If your
serious about the sound, this is the board. It's MPC approved, and works
wonders. You can't even IMAGINE the difference. I went from a
ProAudiospectrum to one, and have PRODUCTION quality sound, by engineering
standards. They include the MME for Win in the box.

BTW, the ONLY way to get the MME is from the sound board vendors. I know
MediaVision gave it too me for nothing, although I don't know if that's
there policy.
