Could anyone point me to a source for purchasing Altamira's Composer? I'm
located in Princeton, N.J. and mail order sources are welcome. Thanks.

Just bought your "Inside 3D Studio". Excellent effort! Thanks for the info on
Composer. I noticed this morning that your book lists the phone numbers of the
myriad of programs which are commonly used with 3DS (including Composer :-} ).
You've put together quite a resource, thanks!

Thanks for the praise. We all worked hard to make "Inside 3D Studio" as good
as possible.
We wanted to put a lot more into it but New Riders was worried about
liability issues. You know, things like hernias, books crushing people,
floors giving way… That sort of thing. <G>

PC Connection has it available for a discount – I think they are selling it for
around $550.

Right you are and many thanks. PC Connection is staffed with some excellent
folks. I think they're in New Hampshire, this would explain it as I believe
Ted Boardman is also from NH. :-} I had the program in my hands and installed
in less than 24 hours!
