From your Video for Windows VidEdit you can save the AVI file as a series of
sequential TGA files. Then those TGA files can be imported into AAPRO using
NUMPIC from the POCO menu.

Alternatively you can use the A/V Recorder which allows you to load an AVI save
it as a FLC or FLI or you can load a FLC or FLI and turn it into an AVI. We
make the A/V Recorder and if you would like I can fax you info on the product.

Unfortunately, PREMIERE will NOT export a *.FLC format. Major bummer.
Perhaps Autodesk intends to eventually support *.MOV and *.AVI imports?
We can only hope.
