To anyone who can help. After a long period, I have dusted off my copy of Animator-Pro v1.0 and re-installed it. When I try to run the program, I receive the message – phar-lap error 35, chip under control of another program. I have 32Mb extended memory and DOS 6.2. My copy of AutoCAD R12 DOS, which also uses Phar-Lap works fine. Ani-Pro used to work fine on this machine. Since I took Ani-Pro off the machine, I have moved over mostly to Windows, and my Autoexec.bat and config.sys have been optimised accordingly. I suspect a conflict between something I have added for Windows, and Ani-Pro. I also recall that AutoCAD's version of Phar-Lap was updated a while back, to make it co-exist with Windows on the same machine. I suspect that I need to upgrade to the current release of Animator-Pro. Can someone confirm this for me please? I will in due coure obtain Animator Studio, which ought to work fine under Windows, but I want to make sure I have a working copy of Animator-Pro too. Andrew

I am able to run AAPro and Windows on the same setup. You might look to see if you've got a NOEMS switch on your memory manager line in the CONFIG.SYS. This should be changed to RAM if you have. Upgrading to 1.3a will not help you in this area. If you're running Windows, then want to shell out to AAPro, you'll need 1.3a.

Nik, Thanks, I will try that. I will probably upgrade too, before moving on to Animator Studio. Andrew
