I just subscribed Planet Studio via their promotional mail. It should come with a CDROM of textures. I received the magazine but did not see the CD. I could not find telephone number or email address from the magazine(?). So I post it here and hope to get a response from them. Mei-Tien

Email Barbara Gefvert @ Planet Studio CIS# 76376,2135. My guess is the CD may be shipped separately. -Scott

I subscribed to Planet Studio directly and I didn't know anything about a CD-Rom. Is it still possible to receive this ? Danny Tollenaers Lanaken, BELGIUM

Danny, We checked the files–you're scheduled to receive one. But we won't be able to ship them till we get them from Xaos–still another couple of weeks or more. But you *will* get it! –Barbara

Barbara I sent in a subscribtion card quit a while back ( shortly after the last Siggraph)! When it never came in, I guess I never got around to sending another ( I still have a small stack of issue #1s laying around somewhere <g>) The CD offer that I read about here just perked my interest. Is there anyway I could subscribe (starting with #2) and get the CD? Please let me know where to mail the check. Thanks David Camp

David, I don't know if your order got lost in the mail or what…but we don't have you on file. Sorry! You certainly can order again, starting with issue 2 if you like. You can mail the check ($59.95) to Planet Studio at PO Box 802, Peterborough, NH 03458. Add a note saying that you want to start with Nov/Dec '94 and that you'd like the CD. Thanks for your interest! –Barbara

Mei-Tien, We are actually still waiting for Xaos Tools to deliver the CD. (It's their Fresco product.) Apparently it's taken them longer to produce than they thought… Sorry, but it will be a bit of a wait. We'll send it to you (and the other subscribers) just as soon as we get it!! Thanks for your patience! –Barbara
