Joe – although I am not as well-versed as I used to be in those nifty p.d. and s reware thangs that will make what you want to happen happen, I can assure you that there is a very cheap alternative to buying Pro or 3D Studio. Ask someone who has them to do it. This may seem silly, especially if you do not know anyone who has them, but now you do! I have Pro (well, oK, i *don't* have 3ds.) hopefully, they'll let me B-test for a new version (not 2, since it's already on its way out…) .. anyway, I am offering assistance. If you can FTP the images to SIVAD.ASYNC.VT.EDU and put them in a to-be-specified directory, I can compile them and make a .FLC or .FLI file. As for shareware to do all of this, I and my cohorts in the Virginia Tech ACM/Siggraph chapter are working furiously (well, okay, not *furiously*) on lots of neat toys that either A) aren't around – or – B) are just too d*mn expensive!… Anyway, if this option sounds good, send me mail at tripp@sivad.async.vt.edu and we will set up the directories/accounts/permissions necessary to trade these files (the system is *not* an anonymous FTP site… it just happens that my roommate runs an InterNet site using SLIP…) – Tripp Lilley Magrathea Graphics 205 Major Williams Hall Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (whew!)
