What up… Autodesk Animator Studio is being released tomorrow, (probably), and I was wondering if there will be a standard true color FLC player to view flics… Any input??? Thanx, Juan An animator.

<<Autodesk Animator Studio is being released tomorrow, (probably), and I was wondering if there will be a standard true color FLC player to view flics…>> FLC files are still, and will always be, 256 colors (8bit). For 16 and 24bit playback Animator Studio uses AVI files. With Animator Studio ships a Player which will script and play both AVI and FLC file in the same presentation. -Brian

The FLC specification is still 256 colors. If you need true-color then you will have to save it as an .AVI file. This is pretty straight forward in Animator Studio.
