Is it possible to write a pxp script that will function the same as the Place ipas on Yost ipas disk #5? I could use this, but I can't spend 300 bucks for one little routine.

Check out the ALIGN.K3D script here on the forum – with a some modification it could do exactly what you're saying. – Phil

I would recommend you check out SELECT.P3D script I uploaded, as it contains the normal vector math which would be useful for a PLACE-type script, and also ALIGN.K3D.
