Hi Kyle,
When ever I try to make a complex metaball model, I always hit the 64K limit!
I've tried many different settings but I can't seem to get a good balance
between not having too many facers or getting enough detail.
How do you approach this problem?
BTW Your muscle pic is great, as usual.

trail & error . . . trail & error . . . trail & error . . . 🙂
What I'll usually do once I get the metamesh created is use Smooth on it, then
Optimize it (@2.0 angle threshold), then Smooth it again. If you're having
troubles getting the mesh from Mshape under 64K try Decimating the mesh – then
increase the polygon size.
