Paul, <<< Did you graduate from UB? >>> Yes I did graduate from UB. 1994 (Went back to school as an adult learner after many years in the feild.) Are currently you working in the field? Also wanted to thank you for all the great information you left me on available readings. I do have a few of these. I do however have one question for you; beeing new to CompuServe I'm not sure what you ment by "ftp.3dartist.con"? Sounds like an address or mabe a downlodable file of some type? The issue you mentioned (#18) is just the type of thing I would be interested in. "Planet Studio" is another interesting title I will look for. Thanks again for all of your help, it's people like you that make this forum worthwhile!!! Scott

Hi Scott, Sorry about the late reply been off-line for awhile. <<<Are currently you working in the field?>>> Well, yes. The television field. I finished my Masters in '88. I was in Wende Hall right next door to Hayes Hall(I'm assuming you were in the Arch. Dept.). Recently, I was in the area on a job search, and stopped by UB. My old dept. is in the beautiful, new $5.5M Fine Arts Center on the North Campus. Unfortunately, they are still extremely under equiped. The budget freeze means no one gets anything until whenever… Boy, has UB grown. I'm really glad I'm not an undergrad today!!! <<< …thank you for all the great information you left me on available readings. >>> Sure, no problem. If you run into anything interesting, let the rest of us know. <<< ftp.3dartist.com >>> I didn't know if you had any Internet access. Basically, you can use FTP right on CI$,(GO FTP). In the address box enter 3DARTIST.COM. This will connect you with the computer where 3DArtist magazine uploads their news files & contact info. Any news about others interested in a WNY 3DS UG? Paul
