Just to updat you on my discussion with WP. According to their helpful
tech rep, Version 4.1.12 will solve the problem. Upgrades are available
and my defective disk is being replaced. I was even able to get through on
the first attempt. Good luck with the upgrade process, I will let you know
how mine works.

Glad to hear about your 'solved problem'. I'll call this AM and get a
4.1.12 for myself also.
After your post, and my response, I thought perhaps it was the AMBER chip
giving the problem. I have a Display Enhancer card in my 2000, and that may
be the 'difficulty'.
Will also post after my re-installation.
