Would like to know what anyone recommends for increasing the memory
for an A2000? Is it worth getting one of these 8 meg boards to install the
memory chips oneself or buy a two meg ready to go expansion card? Also,is it
very hard to install the chips and what is the cost comparison if I only want
2 megs on an 8 meg board compared to the 2 meg board?

Scott, not sure what the going prices are these but take a look at the Micron
2Meg boards (designed by ASDG), and the ASDG 8MI. I have both and am very
happy with them. I'm sure someone will jump in with the prices.

I can't advise you whether to get the 8 Meg or 2 Meg board, but do
get the ASDG board sold by Micron. BTW, Micron is also a RAM chip _maker_ so
there should be no problem getting the board populated.
