You say you couldn't have more then one font in a document? You are right that plenty of memory is an asset – with a few windows open, and multiple documents memory usage will build up – I have a 3 meg 2000 for things just like this. What bothers you about print spooling? You are right about the hd install – it should have been documented and included the drivers – I've told them that and I assume they'll correct it as fast as they can. They certainly told me they would. Ron

Ron, Since there is plenty of room left on the Excellence! disk itself they could have put in a print spooling routine which would allow you to relieve your memory for new projects quickly….I have 2 megs. and can push their limits easily on a document if needed….I didn't have trouble with more than one font per page, it is the fact that you do not want to type in your original information using different fonts….you want to type it in with say Topaz_8, the go back and change the fonts on each line as needed. I know it sounds rather complicated but if you type in different fonts at each point you needed them from the beginning, you will encounter line spacing difficulties during print out……also I have adjusted my WB disk a little and there is a point to which the letters can be printed out "flattened" I think this has to do with the preferences settings, but am still looking for the correction. Good luck. As angry as you are at them, I do suggest you gather your thoughts and comments, put them together and let them know – it may take a while but they probably will respond to them. I will work on some documents when I get a chance using multiple fonts – I want to see what happens. Do try to beat the product to death – one way or another we will know what it will handle. Ron

fortunately, I did not have time to get angry per se… thats a total waste of energy, plus anger only results in the individual loss not that of MSS..I expressed total customer disatisfaction in their handling of customers. I suspect that they will not survive much longer if this attitude of their's continues…..program act "funny" on printout…it appears as though the printer tries to seek the next line or font and sometimes gets lost while doing it….not really bad but could cost someone a lot of paper !!, other than these two things importing IFF files can be a real bi**h…..to get best results, only hi-res pictures should be imported…lo-res looks real bad on printout. Will keep you informed. John
