The LazerXpress only prints on 64 lines of each page, WP expects 66 so,
reset the page size (within WP) to 64 lines, or increase LWP's page size to 66
by betting LPREF's lines per page function to 3301.

The answer looks interesting….. what was the question? Is this the solution
to the 'extra page' problem with WP? I am not terribly bothered by the extra
page except that when printing several small files I sometimes forget to remove
that blank pages and that makes things awakard later.
