#MAXIPLAN PLUS
5 messages in this thread
ANYONE KNOW HOW TO STOP MAXIPLAN PLUS FROM SENDING A FORM FEED, I AM TRYING TO
PRINT A SPREADSHEET ON A STAR NX-10 AND SINCE IT CAN'T FIT ALL THE COLUMNS IT
FITS WHAT IT CAN ,ISSUES A FORM FEED THEN PROCEEDS TO THE NEXT SET OF COLUMNS
UNTIL ITS DONE,ITS A WASTE OF PAPER ANS IMPRACTIBLE.IF TI WOULD PRINT THE NEXT
SET OF COLUMNS UNDER THE PREVIOUSLY PRINTED SET IT WOULD MAKE MORE SENSE.
Anthony,
The only thing I could suggest to you is to reduce the form length on your
printer and in preferences. Possibly preferences only would do, if Maxiplan is
sending out LF's only.
Most people prefer spreadsheet programs to do just what you're complaining
about, since they can tape the two sheets together and have everything match
up.

Anthony,
If you are using MaxiPlan PLUS you could write a macro and turn
FORMFEED off (just what I intended it for!). If you don't have PLUS contact
BEST, Inc. *503-684-6655 to get an upgrade to Plan/IT which includes the
macros.
Another alternative is to write out your printing to a file (use
Project/Print/File) and then edit the result with a text editor to remove the
form feed (control-L) characters.
If you can't persuade it to do what you want EasyPlex me and I'll try
to set up an example for you.

okay. Now my question is, if I were to use compusereve b or b+ which
protocol do I set my A-Talk III protocol?
Use CompuServe B+ protocol.
