I would like to connect my A2000(GVP 3001) with my brand new A4000. I know that C= sells the A2065 but does anyone know about software for making a Amiga-only network? I own two Hydra ethernetcards with AmigaNet, but it works only under 1.3……. . Does the manufacturer still exist and is there any upgrade available? (I bought them second hand….) Thanx Mike

EnLanDFS works quite well. It is actually a DEC NET implementation but Ami just loves it! C= AS225 is a tcpip/NFS implementation and again, multiple Ami's will work but with some limitations. As far as I know, C= still has not implemented the NFS server capability. That means that you would be limited to FTP file transfers between Ami's rather than being able to mount each other's file systems.

I got it from Briwall for $230. That's for a basic 5 node license.

Mike; Well, if you have a dealer then the dealer can order it, otherwise I know SafeHarbour and others carry it. -bill

Bill I've already bought at SafeHarbour, I'll try it there. Thank you. Mike

I'll second Bill's comment about Enlan-DFS. Nice system.
