What's the Reaper?
6 messages in this thread
Egad, I've jumped topics somehow… Coulda sworn I tried
answering this in another area. Well, let's see if I can
slip some info by the powers that be….
The Reaper:
Disk Copier with public-domain TEXT parameter files.
full control over ALL aspects of disk copying.
displays raw/decoded/disassembly of track data.
search for sectors using sync, min/max/any sync,
index/sync on/off
Free upgrade to version 1.1 in a couple months
which will have ARexx support.
Version 2.0 will have small hardware digital-mfm copy
option to make exact copies (including long-tracks).
Any further info, e-mail me. (Assuming this message survives.)

We don't delete messages. Messages scroll off this message base at a very
rapid rate. Perhaps you haven't been keeping up with messages lately.
The thing that caught me was that it only lasted about 36 hours. and The
question (and about three days worth of questions leading up to the
question I replied to) was still there. So the answer somehow "scrolled"
off about three days ahead of time. -Richard
It was probably forwarded to e-mail. We don't delete messages.

Wait, enough already, I understand, It was moved, and, and, well.
Never mind. It got moved and that's okay. So, forget I
ever said anything. I didn't mean to sound like I was accusing
anyone… I just haven't been on here that much and was trying
to ascertain proper protocol of such messages.
Thanx everyone.

Richard,
Your original message about the reapter is still here, atleast as of
5/11/90 9:00 p.m. pdt. It's back about a dozen topics or so, in a thread
of it's own, along with Black Belt's question/answer about ARexx.
