I am looking for a good 2D animation program, the ones that look good to me are: DVideo III, Disney Animation Studio, and MovieSetter, if anyone has any info on any of these progs. let me know! Thanks Paddy Hannon

Paddy – The Director and Zoetrope are also supposed to be very good. I don't own either so I can't say for sure either way. Harry

Of course, it depends on what you want — DPaint III can't handle HAM, for instance. Having cast around quite a bit in trying to do animation, I've settled on a great combination: Deluxe Paint III, and ANIMagic. With those two programs I can do anything I want — and that's saying a lot. I gave up on the Director because ANIMagic gave me more powerful animation control that was also easier to use. MovieSetter is lo-res only. DVideo III was a waste of money for me. Disney Animation Studio ?
