After my last message in the conference, I followed your advice and wrote direct to Impulse regarding upgrading my copy of TS. That was 8 weeks ago!. Is anyone in at Impulse?. Phil Camp.

Phil, please call Arv at 800-328-0184 and explain the problem. I'm sure he'll take care of you! –Rick

Sorry rick, cant do 800 numbers from the UK!. Also the work phone now gets itemised bills, no more cheap calls to the US 🙂 . All I want to know is what to send (master disk, manual front cover?) and how much money to get the latest TS. Phil.

No need to send the manual. Just send your disk with $30 US and they'll rush you back TS SV. BTW, Imagine looks like it will now be available in late June for $150 to registered users. –Rick

I've never waited more than a week or so for Impulse to ship any item I ordered. In all cases, a check was mailed to Impulse, and the ordered item appeared about 1 week from dropping my order off at the post office. This is UNUSUALLY good service. Even dealing with distributors by phone for retail business, this has not always been the case. The folks at Impulse seem to really try to support their products.

Thanks rick, i'll get the disk in the mail ASAP. BTW whats Imagine?. It must have been announced before I could get back onto CIS. Is it a souped up Turbo Silver (ala Sculpt 4D vs 3D)?. Phil.

PS. Can Impulse take any credit cards?. It saves having to get a dollar money order. Phil .

Yep, Impulse will accept plastic. Imagine is more than a souped-up Turbo Silver. Imagine is a next generation product which dramatically simplifies 3d object creation and animation. Look for it in late June. –Rick

Can you upload a snapshot of what the screen for Imagine will look like? Steve

I will be doing so next week, Steve. –Rick

Rick, Ooh, goodie. That's the message I've been scanning for! I know of three users that'll grab Imagine up immediately. Actually, I think we've all placed orders already! Looking forward to it, but hoping it'll really be finished, Karl This must mean that you're working furiously on the manual about now. <grin>
