A new NBC series spotlighting animations created by school kids in grades
K through 12 will be debuting the middle of June. Hosted by John Beard,
the first six episodes will be hosted from Rowland High School, which
currently has over a dozen Amigas, including an Amiga-based automated video
editing and animation workstation. The Amigas will be clearly visible
during the introductions.
Many of the animations shown will be those created by students at Rowland
High, under the auspices of art teacher Dave Master, this year's Bravo
Award winner for the state of California.

Not yet. They taped the live segments for the first six shows only last
weekend. I will post more messages as I learn more. —Mike
Totally unrelated and less exciting tidbit… "The Rachel Papers," being
shown on Cinemax this month, shows the main character at his desk a number
of times with an A500 being used. It also features Ione Skye sans clothing
a number of times! Of course I watched it to see the Amiga! ;^,

A real classic "Screwball Hotel" has an Amiga toward the beginning of the
movie.

If you go to see "The God's Must Be Crazy II", you will see an Amiga 2000
in the female lawyer's office.
