Reese, I'm interested in receiving more information about your CD-Rom cache for MS-DOS and Multimedia PC's. I have the Media Vision PAS-16 multimedia kit with the NEC 83M CD-Rom. Thanks.

Reese, I am interested, too. I currently have a soundblaster, which I was thinking of updating to PAS, but there seemed little point if my 800ms drive was too slow. Now, with real buffering, I could have a real MPC without replacing my Hitachi 1703S/Amdek LD1, or have I misunderstood???? Let me know; I am especially interested in cost and in how you have overcome any other interface problems. Thanks

Thanks for your request. The product will work great with any MSCDEX or compatible driver. Where CD Speedway really shines is in access time rather than improving your Data Transfer Rate. Interestingly enough though, by improving your access times (even on the first access) you bypass the DTR completely, providing much improved OVERALL performance. You can purchase CD Speedway by now hopefully, just about everywhere. If you need more information call me at FCS at (603) 635-3323. Reese.
