Carol Sony currently sells the DataDiskman, which uses 3.5 inch disks and standard interface application (all disks use same access software). It's graphics capabilities are limited, but it is a big hit with people who have applications like yours. It is farily easy to create apps for it. I believe the Sony New Jersey folks are handling the marketing of the product. There is a Sony group in Montery CA that were doing a bunch of the production stuff. I think they have an application available that helps you prepare your data for publication. Sony has announced a portable CD-XA player that should be available by end of the year. This box plays full sized cdroms, has better graphic capabilities, and is almost a real DOS box. It does not restrict you to any particular access engine, but there are several available (including the MicroSoft thing used for Bookshelf).
