But Betty, you are a notorious packrat. I admit I have several C64s
but Only one Amiga. I work for the company so I can't afford to buy
one.:-) Actually I think that the folks on CI$ are the exception not
the rule, most of us are computer junkies who can't get enough.
I am improving considerably, though, Greg. I gave away 3 8032/w
memory boards (making them 8096's), four or five 4040 and 8050 disk
drives, a printer, and all the software that runs with those things.
It was quite a wrench to part with them, but I did let them go. Who
knows- – I might part with my SX64, regular 64, 128, and maybe even
my A1000 (with sidecar) some day.
Never part with that SX64, or if you do you can give it to me :-), Boy I
loved that machine. Always wanted to have one.

I think the SX-64 was one of the sturdiest machines Commodore ever made.
The drive has never gone out of alignment, and that little color monitor
is really clear. I don't really plan to part with it, but I'll keep you
in mind. 🙂

Betty – any idea where I can get a new power supply for the SX-64? Mine
died several years ago, and I haven't been successful in finding one.

I think you would get a better answer to your power supply problem if you
asked in CBMAPP forum. They use these machines every day. I just have
them around for occasional use. And I've never needed a new power supply.

Well let me know before you get rid of the SX64. I know someone that is
looking for one. Heck, I might even buy it myself. <g>
I've been told that they are becoming collector's items.
