#Prestel Emulator

Does anybody know of a PRESTEL emulator for the Amiga?
Bruno
Bruno,
I have RubyView from Y2 computing in Watford which I used to use for
Prestel. I don't know whether it works with WB 2 or later, but if you
want to risk a fiver I'll post it to you.

Peter,
I am interested. How can I reach you?
Bruno, Brussels
BRUNO,
since we are in the same city, call me. 731 7345.
If you would like to come over and pick it up you can have it for
nothing.

Pete,
thanks for Ruby View.
I have tried to use it on my Amiga, but it requires a dongle.
I am going to write to Y2. Let's hope they still exist.
Bruno,
I had forgotten about the dongle. It should still be here somewhere. I'll
try to find it.
Pete
I think you`ll find Y2 is now out of business. They were in Watford in
Hertfordshire and I can`t seem to trace them, so I think they have gone!

Bruno,
I have tried contacting Y2 but there was no reply from there phone. I
think they have ceased trading.
Their phone number is 0923 243785

I believe Prestel is the same as Viatel (renamed Discovery) here, so you
could try GPTerm by Greg Perry.

GPTerm works fine with Prestel.
Andrew.
Who makes GPTerm?
Bruno
Dr. Greg Perry of GP Software in Brisbane, Australia.
I'll give you his address and phone no. tomorrow when I'm back in the
office.
Andrew.
