Me too Richard. It has quite a few good blanks – that's for sure. I just wondering now, if some of our bright programmers around here can write additional blanks for the program. Maybe adapt and add to the ones supplie by Thomas LANDSPURG. The guides are there for programmers, I just hope someone takes the ball and runs with this. Here are a couple on my Wish List. – A couple more "Time" blanks. I really like the clock. I use the normal one, but would like a few more choices. – Colored "FlyingToasters" – My "Slide-show" doesn't work. And I have tryed all kinds of pics with it. Well those are just a couple of things to start with for me. If anyone reading this wants to take up the challange, Please be our guess. SuperDark is great and can be better. OnLine since 1982. Now I'm Flyin' on AutoPilot Roy Pahnke – Casper Wy – "Be Readin' Ya"

You can't get the slide show to work either? That and the Aswarm won't work for me. Richard -> via the Amiga 1000 AutoPilot

Richard Aswarm didn't work either until I installed reqtools – now it works fine. I have now tested them all and the only two not working is "Music" and "Slide-Show" OnLine since 1982. Now I'm Flyin' on AutoPilot Roy Pahnke – Casper Wy – "Be Readin' Ya"

I don't know what I'm doin' right for a change, but Superdark music works for me. Remember, though, it only "likes" soundtracker" modules. In my case, the "no show" is flying toasters. Ain't in the blanker drawer. Gary

Gary, Have you had any problems selecting the random modules? This is something I can't get to work — my settings reset after each reboot. \\ ===>>> Angel Pagan <<<===//

Angel, When you make your selections from the Superdark menu (shift F3), it should save those setting to the tooltypes section of the icon. Click once on the Superdark icon, then selection "information" from the Icons menu. You should see a whole series of tooltypes that reflect your settings. If not,you can change them right in the icon, then save. From then on Superdark will follow those setting…until you change them again. (Hopefully you don't have Superdark running from RAM: nothing you save is kept, if located there.). If this isn't clear, drop me a note, along with a listing of what you found in the Icon, and where you keep and run Superdark from (drawer, partition, etc.) Gary

Gary, I can't get the random selections to work, can you? Either way, I'm running it from the trashcan for now <g>. I select Random from the main menu and choose the modules that I'd like to run. After I exit the program, my random selections are lost. The docs mention that these settings are saved to the S directory, but it appears thet they are not saved at all. \\ ===>>> Angel Pagan <<<===//

Angel, This might be a silly question, but do you save the settings before you leave the program. I click on Save then on Hide. -Sean

Sean, Ver 1.4 ***Does Not Save*** my random settings, and if it does, it escapes me. I've tried from the main menu, the icon .info and the CX. The docs refer to the random settings being saved to S, but it appears that's not the case… \\ ===>>> Angel Pagan <<<===//

Angel, I just checked on it, as soon as you click on the Ok gadget in the Random requestor it should be saving the config to s:dark_random.cfg. It's working on my V1.4. I wonder what's up? -Sean

Sean, That's strange…My version does not create an s:dark_random.cfg, nor is this file anywhere on my hard disk. Would you mind e-mailing that .cfg file to me to so I can see if my version will write to it? \\ ===>>> Angel Pagan <<<===//

Oh, slide-show worked for me the one time I tried it.

I have SuperDark also and it seems it's forgetful or something. When I had the fireworks display loaded, it worked always. But I like the music blanker, especially when you run it using a tune called Boesen. I nearly peed my britches the first time I saw it<g>. But it only works the first time I `load' it. I've tried everything I can think of. Even put the mod file in with all the other `dark' files instead of just indicating the path. neat program though. About time too<g>. Skip
